Cancellation/refund Policy

All sales are final. Online tickets purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged for different dates or times

Waiver Policy

Every person must sign a waiver before entering the facility, even if you are not playing. Please have all waivers signed before checking in at the Front Desk.

Privacy Policy

Privacy is important to Soccer Fun Zone, LLC. Making sure that you know how we collect, use, share, and secure information on this website is also important to us.

Supervision

Minors cannot be left alone in the facility. Soccer Fun Zone does not take responsibility for taking care of children from leaving the facility if they are un-supervised.

Termination

Soccer Fun Zone reserves the right to cancel, suspend or revoke any Monthly Membership or deny facility admission to any Member at any time for any reason. Cancellation, suspension or revocation of facility privileges or of a Monthly Membership due to misuse and/or failure to adhere to park rules will result in the cancellation, suspension or revocation of park privileges and the Monthly Membership. In such case, your Monthly Membership subscription will be terminated or suspended immediately without refund.

Eligibility And Conditions

Each authorized Member must follow Soccer Fun Zone’s and Stamford Town Center rules, procedures, policies, instructions and have a photo with that Member’s participant and arbitration agreement, indemnification, general release and assumption (“Waiver”) signed waiver; which will be stored in Soccer Fun Zone’s database. Member hereby expressly authorizes storage of his or her personal data on Soccer Fun Zone’s database. A Member must have a proper photo and Waiver on file with Soccer Fun Zone’s point of sale software. Photos on file for active Members must be periodically updated with current photos. At this time, Members must replace their photos every two (2) years. Further identification may be required. A Member must have his/her valid Waiver on file. Waivers must be updated at least once per calendar year. Monthly Memberships are not valid for private or special events including birthday parties, team parties, corporate events, groups, or other special events or promotions that require a separate admission, unless otherwise specified. Monthly Memberships are nonrefundable, non-transferable and remain the property of Soccer Fun Zone. Restrictions apply including, but not limited to, capacity constraints and other closures. Monthly Memberships do not guarantee admission, especially during high attendance periods. Additionally, Monthly Memberships may not be used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or misused. A Member assumes the inherent risks associated with the operation or use of all stations and training equipment and should read and obey all safety signage, instructions and rules. Soccer Fun Zone may change operating hours, close temporarily, or may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability. Soccer Fun Zone is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Members must abide by any rules and regulations applicable to Soccer Fun Zone or to the use of the Monthly Memberships as promulgated by Soccer Fun Zone from time to time. Monthly Memberships are only valid at the location of purchase.

Birthday Party FAQ

Anyone who wants to play in the Zone and have access to the facility. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid player.
Yes. Contact your event coordinator 24-48 hours prior to the party to add players.

Absolutely! If you wish to upgrade your package or add on additional player time., please contact Soccer Fun Zone Stamford. This must be arranged through your event coordinator prior to your event.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone with our Event Coordinator. The deposit is applied to the total amount
You will receive a 100% refund in the form of a gift card if you wish to cancel your event. You may also reschedule your event to any other day depending on availability.

Membership FAQ

Terms & Conditions apply. 3 month minimum commitment required. Recurring Monthly Payment. No enrollment fee. Limited to one jump per day. Cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. *Fuel Zone purchase required to redeem $1 or free drink. Special events and promotions excluded from programs. Programs does not include Skycamp or Lock-ins. Ask Team Member for full details.
You can cancel your Membership after completing your minimum commitment based on your agreement (3 months). Refer to your agreement or ask a Team Member for full details.
No! Your Membership can be used throughout the year. See Soccer Fun Zone Facility Hours
A parent add-on Membership can be applied to an Elite Membership so that a legal guardian can enjoy all the same benefits as their child for a low monthly price. The Parent Membership applies only to the original registered parent.

We reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy. Since any changes will be posted on this page, we encourage you to check this page regularly. Your continued use of the Site following any changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
